By leveraging our extensive audience segmentation capabilities, they can deliver personalized experiences that resonate with everyone, from first-time attendees to longtime supporters.

We’re eager for KC Symphony loyalists to experience digital ticketing with the new, customized app, and our support extends beyond just facilitating ticket transactions. We help our clients analyze their ticketing data to uncover trends and optimize retargeting strategies. This includes identifying patterns such as last-minute buyers, active mobile users who bought tickets in the last 365 days, repeat buyers, and more.
