In 2022, the two joined forces to leverage FanThreeSixty’s Fan Data Platform, aiming to gain the deepest understanding of Jayhawk fans. Within just six months of partnership, Kansas Athletics earned a four-fold return on their investment.
Encouraged by this early success, two years later, Kansas Athletics decided to expand their digital presence with FanThreeSixty’s Mobile App, which seamlessly fosters fan engagement.
The new mobile app will benefit from FanThreeSixty’s real-time data processing, which reveals fan behaviors and predicts their actions. Kansas Athletics staff can easily use their own data to engage their fans throughout their journey.
Jayhawk fans can anticipate a new and improved digital home for staying connected to all their favorite teams. The Kansas Athletics Mobile App features a user-friendly design, mobile ticketing, games, giveaways, video playback, and more, ensuring an exciting community experience for all.
Through this collaborative partnership, Kansas Athletics will be able to harness the existing wealth of data stored in the Fan Data Platform. This includes insights and trends for over 700,000 fans sourced from six data streams, and over 83 million attributes for mobile activation.
