With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Sarah is our Director of People overseeing FanThreeSixty's culture and recruiting initiatives. After joining the organization in 2018, Sarah has been a driving force in shaping the FanThreeSixty experience to be the best it can be.
What is your favorite aspect about FanThreeSixty's culture?
I love the associates here at FanThreeSixty. It is like having another family. The environment is casual, smart and relentless. Everyone has each other's back and we win as a team.
What advice would you give to a prospective associate?
Jump right in! Get to know your fellow associates and begin to add value. We care about your thoughts and opinions so share those experiences with those around you.
What is your proudest moment at FanThreeSixty?
It would have to be working with our UX Design team to roll out our amazing milestone anniversary FanThree Sixty program. When an associate joins FanThreeSixty they receive a custom t-shirt. When the associate reaches 90 days with FanThreeSixty they receive their very own baseball card. Then when an associate reaches one year with FanThreeSixty they receive their very own custom team jersey. It is such a fun way of celebrating our associates and says a lot about who we are.
What have you learned from your time at FanThreeSixty?
I have a whole new appreciation for innovation, learning, and collaboration. Seeing how everyone at FanThreeSixty can contribute to the evolution and growth of the company is so rewarding.
